Our travel service brings you options with a global reach. Whether you prefer to stay close to home or want to explore the other side of the world we will take the stress out of planning. Our job as your travel advisor is to help you decide on a destination, pick the hotel/resort or cruise best suited for you based on the information we are given. Solo or group travel, getting started is easy:

Register
Complete the client registration by answering a few questions. Tell us about the destination of your choice, how much you want to spend and when you plan to travel. If there is a specific music event you are interested in please complete our booking inquiry. We will customize any of our featured music trips to meet the needs of you or your group. But if there is ever a destination or event you want to attend solo we will make all travel plans for you to make it easy.

Consultation
A travel consultant will review your submission and contact you to discuss your needs and travel requirements in detail. We will take time to get to know you so we uncover your travel style and understand what is important to you when you travel. During an initial complimentary consultation, we will discuss service fee options for your trip. Consultation is complimentary to our clients.
Plan
The next step is research and planning. To begin this process we require a Professional Planning Service Fee. There are three levels of planning: DYI, Concierge and VIP. The professional planning service is non-refundable and non-transferable. The service is non-refundable because effective travel planning involves much time and is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Once the planning service is paid the research begins. We will utilize our most trusted suppliers and partners to build travel options for you to consider. When an option is selected we will adjust the itinerary until you have a well-detailed travel plan that is comfortable for you. We will take the time to explain the details of the final quote so you are fully informed of your travel selection. After this non-refundable professional planning service, you only pay for the cost of the trip.

When you are ready to proceed with booking your customized travel plan, we ask you to sign the terms and conditions and the Credit Card Authorization Form. At the time of booking your credit card is used to pay the professional planning service fee and payment to the supplier(s) servicing your trip. The amount of deposit to the supplier(s) will vary. Travel insurance is recommended to all of our clients and can be added to your booking. Let us know if you need a payment plan. We will work with any travel budget.
